Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with previous people leadership experience.
• Experience solving complex technical problems and leading multiple projects.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment engineering, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong communication, organizational, data analysis, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

As a Lead, PCVD Equipment, you will lead a team of equipment engineers responsible for improving manufacturing capability through equipment performance, yield improvement, throughput optimization, and quality excellence. You will set strategic direction, develop team capabilities, and collaborate with manufacturing, facilities, technology development, and global partners to achieve business objectives. Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large engineering organizations in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships across manufacturing, engineering, facilities, and supplier organizations
• Strong experience coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and talent development
• Experience using AI-enabled tools, machine learning, automation platforms, or advanced data analytics to improve engineering decisions and productivity
• Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
