Nagarro is seeking a Staff Engineer specialized in INFOR M3 to lead functional consulting for the Supply Chain module. This full-time, remote role includes collaboration with global teams and occasional travel to Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities include configuring Infor M3 non-finance processes, analyzing business requirements, supporting SIT/UAT, and coordinating with APIs, EDI, and ION workflows. You will train users and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Infor M3 functional consultant with 5–7 years in non-finance modules.
• Expert in Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing.
• Experience with UAT, end-user training, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of ION, APIs, EDI integrations.
• Infor CloudSuite/M3 Cloud experience.
• Data migration exposure.
• Infor M3 certifications in Procurement, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.

Job Overview

• Experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of expertise in supporting and implementing Infor M3 non-finance modules, including Procurement , Sales Order Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Distribution.
• Responsible for business process analysis, solution configuration, user support, issue resolution, testing, training, and continuous process improvement. Skills in procure to pay workflow is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules such as Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes.
• Conduct user training, prepare process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must have skills

• Infor M3, M3 Supply chain module (Expert).
• 5-7 years of experience in Infor M3 functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing processes.
• Experience in Infor M3 configuration, troubleshooting, and business process mapping.
• Good understanding of ION workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting.
• Experience in UAT, end-user training, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite/M3 Cloud.
• Exposure to data migration, EDI, and implementation projects.
• Infor M3 functional certifications in Procurement, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.
