Reflection is a research lab building open and accessible AI foundations. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product to translate ambiguous requirements into operable systems, taking ideas from prototype to production.

You will own end-to-end delivery across UI, APIs, and authentication, while integrating with customer environments and ensuring reliable, scalable workflows. Join a talent-dense team building the foundations for open AI systems.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering background shipping production-grade applications end-to-end.
• Comfortable owning the full delivery surface — UI through API through auth.
• Experience integrating with external systems or customer environments for reliable integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build internal and customer-facing product surfaces to turn platform capabilities into usable workflows.
• Own end-to-end delivery across UI, APIs, authentication, RBAC, and audit trails.
• Integrate with customer environments to ensure seamless workflows and reliable integrations.
• Productionize prototypes into maintainable platform components.
• Translate fuzzy product requirements into clean system designs and usable interfaces.
• Feed delivery learnings back into platform patterns to ship faster.
