Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, product development, or research and development.
• Experience supporting electro-mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Experience with process development, validation, and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Collaborate with internal and contract manufacturing teams to implement scalable, repeatable production processes.
• Lead or support capital equipment projects, including equipment specification, supplier selection, installation, qualification, and validation activities.
• Design and validate manufacturing processes for new product development, ensuring manufacturability and efficient assembly methods.
• Analyze process performance, collect operating data, conduct experiments, and implement improvements based on statistical and technical findings.
• Collaborate with quality partners to develop testing methods, inspection protocols, and process controls that meet product and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in risk management activities, including process failure analysis, control plan development, SOP creation, and product transfer documentation.
• Review, approve, and maintain process validation, inspection, and production documentation to support manufacturing readiness and compliance.
