The Staff Electrical Engineer is a senior technical contributor within SlingWorks, one of Elbit America’s most advanced engineering teams developing next‑generation targeting and mission‑system technologies. In this role, you will lead complex board‑level electrical designs, contribute to system architecture decisions, and drive subsystem‑level electrical integration while remaining hands‑on throughout the full hardware lifecycle. You will solve challenging engineering problems, guide the development of advanced PCBAs, integrate processors, sensors, and high‑speed interfaces, and collaborate closely with other senior engineers to co‑develop robust, high‑reliability electrical architectures. You will mentor junior engineers, lead design execution on major programs, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, mission‑critical hardware.
