Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and distributed systems.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and multi-cloud deployments.
• Experience with sandboxing and isolation tech (containers, microVMs) or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-month infrastructure projects from design to production.
• Develop monitoring surfaces for AI safety-related behaviors and automate enforcement actions.
• Deploy monitoring across multiple clouds with consistent pipelines and observability.
• Design and harden sandboxed runtimes for AI agents with isolation and audit logging.
• Manage cost, capacity, and SLAs for large-scale agent workflows.
• Collaborate with researchers, security, privacy, and legal teams to ship detection features.
