Job summary

Cerebras Systems seeks a senior professional to design and evolve CI/CD pipelines, artifact management, and scalable build systems. You will partner with multiple engineering teams to improve code review, automation, and deployment workflows while provisioning robust cloud infra to support CI workloads.

You will lead initiatives across teams, diagnose complex distributed systems issues, and mentor engineers to increase developer velocity and productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software/DevOps or related areas with CI/CD focus.
• Experience building or evolving automated build, test, and deployment infrastructure.
• Strong Linux/Unix and scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve CI/CD pipelines for reliable build, test, and release workflows.
• Own and improve artifact lifecycle systems including versioning and distribution at scale.
• Partner with teams to design code review workflows and automated integration processes.
• Provision, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure for CI workloads (cost, performance, reliability).
• Troubleshoot build failures, bottlenecks, and infrastructure issues; drive root-cause analysis.
• Improve internal build infrastructure and developer tooling to boost velocity.
• Lead architectural improvements across developer workflows and infrastructure.
• Contribute to AI tooling to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers within the Developer Productivity org.
• Participate in on-call and incident response for DP systems.
