Responsibilities

• Plan and evolve processes and infrastructure to support rapid capability maturation and deployment.
• Automate deployment and CI/CD pipelines with test-driven development tools and CI/CD frameworks.
• Define and implement build, deployment, provisioning, and monitoring standards for the program.
• Ensure SCM, code quality, and code coverage with automated testing for CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate deployment and infrastructure management, and monitor performance.

This position can be based in Aurora, CO, Morrisville, NC or Sacramento, CA.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for planning and evolving processes and infrastructure to execute programs supporting rapid capability maturation and deployment.Integrates development pipelines leveraging automation with test-driven development tools and continuous integration/test frameworks.Define and implement the build, deployment, provisioning, and monitoring standards for the program.Ensures implementation of Software Configuration Management (SCM), code quality, and code coverage with automated testing for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Work as part of an Agile development team to deliver end-end automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management framework.Build and configure delivery environments supporting CD/CI tools using an Agile delivery methodology.Create scripts and/or templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and management tasks.Work closely with development teams to create an automated continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) system.Work together with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionMonitor and support all installed systems and infrastructure.Develop custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.Contribute to the design of information and operational support systems.Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.Oversee the company’s security, backup, and redundancy strategies.Evaluate application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, develop solutions, and implement them with the help of developers.Basic Qualifications:United States Citizenship is required to be considered.Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.Must have an active U.S. Government CI Polygraph at time of application, current and within scope.Bachelor’s degree with 12 + years of relevant experience; 10 years with a Master's; 8 years with a PhD; or 9 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.Must have all of the following: AWS, Kubernetes, TerraformCurrent Security+, certificationAdministration experience with Linux or related operating systems.Experience in an Agile software development frameworkExperience with at least 3 of the preferred qualificationsPreferred Qualifications:TerraformKubernetes administrationAWS administrationFluxHelmDynamoDBNATS configurationBig Bang (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)Jenkins/GitLab/Bamboo#LI-VC2#COSpace#SpaceSoftwareJobs#SPEnhancedERAPPrimary Level Salary Range: $169,000.00 - $265,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
