Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems Sector is looking for an experienced Staff DevOps Engineer to join our team. This position is based in Aurora, CO.
You’ll be joining our growing Aurora Software and Digital Engineering department, which has 200+ Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Systems Administrators, Database Administrators, and Network Engineers, ranging from entry‑level to senior chief engineers and architects. DevOps Engineers frequently assume informal (example: Subject Matter Expert) and formal technical leadership roles within their programs, as applicable and per interest. We have plentiful opportunities for career advancement into higher‑level technical roles or leadership positions. Our department is part of a larger organization that includes Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test staff, as well as a Hardware Engineering unit. This larger organization facilitates cross‑program collaboration, professional development and training, and engagement and inclusion activities such as lunch‑n‑learns, campus events, and leadership mixers.
Primary Level Salary Range: $177,000.00 – $265,600.00. The above salary range is a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
