Job summary

Seymour Crossing seeks a Staff Development Coordinator (Registered Nurse) to lead education, training, and clinical observations. You will support quality assurance, help hire new staff, and champion recognition and retention initiatives for outstanding care in our facilities.

As part of American Senior Communities, you will advocate growth and development, ensure infection prevention practices, and collaborate with leadership to uphold CARE values across the team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.

Registered Nurse

The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting with new employee hiring. This role requires a high level of engagement with staff to champion employee recognition and retention programs while serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company.

Requirements
