Job summary

Givens Communities is seeking a full-time Staff Development Coordinator to join our Health Services team. This role leads clinical education and Infection Control & Prevention across the health care continuum, working with HR to ensure compliant onboarding and annual/regulatory training.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate campus-wide education, coordinate onboarding for clinical staff, and maintain credentialing dashboards with timely renewal reminders, while supporting nursing programs for

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license required in NC or applicable compact state.
• 3–5 years RN experience; adult/staff education preferred.
• 2+ years in long-term care, assisted living, or geriatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for clinical team members.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate campus-wide education.
• Verify and track licenses/certifications and maintain an auditable compliance dashboard with renewal reminders.
• Maintain relationships with nursing programs for clinical rotations.

Givens Aldersgate is looking for a full-time Staff Development Coordinator to join our Health Services team! This position will lead clinical education and the Infection Control & Prevention program across the health care continuum. The SDC partners closely with HR to ensure consistent, compliant onboarding, annual/regulatory training, and credentialing/records management.

What you’ll do:

What you’ll need:

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or applicable compact state required
• Three (3) to five (5) years of RN experience; experience in adult/staff education preferred
• Two (2)+ years in long-term care, assisted living, or geriatric settings preferred
• Proficiency with common applications and EHR/clinical systems
