Job summary

Google is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer based in the United States to collaborate with developers, advocate for their needs, and help shape product strategies. You will write sample code, support libraries, and engage with the community at conferences and online.

As part of the AI and Infrastructure team, you will drive technical enablement across the Americas, scale reach through workshops and campaigns, and collaborate with product managers to ensure developers' voices are reflected

Part community manager and part developer advocate, Developer Relations Engineers collaborate with developers at conferences and online, and advocate for developers interests internally at Google. Not afraid to be hands-on, you write sample code and client libraries as well as participate in developer forums and support queues to troubleshoot and debug coding problems developers encounter. Internally, you work with product engineering teams to improve our products by conveying feedback from developers, reviewing API designs and testing new features.

An ardent advocate for these developers, you represent their voice internally to our Product Managers and serve as their Google support in application development and technology implementation.

You will scale reach and drive cost-effective activations by delivering turnkey, workshop kits, streaming engaging virtual campaigns, and sharing high-quality digital content across various online networks, partner platforms, regional communities and Google developer ecosystem

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
