Job description

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - rapidly testing emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. • Support the design and development of Snowflake's design system, promoting quality and craft across all surfaces.

  • Employ a keen eye for detail to ensure a seamless and visually compelling experience.
  • Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and methodologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team.
ABOUT YOU:
  • 10+ years of experience designing and building high-quality UIs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver polished, creative, and highly interactive designs.
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills, capable of leading projects and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong web development skills (React JS, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS).
  • Experience with structuring design systems for AI.
  • Strong accessibility experience.
  • Strong understanding of visual and interaction design fundamentals (including layout, typography, and color).
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Knowledge of databases and associated concepts.
  • Experience with both consumer and B2B design systems.
  • Experience embedding with feature teams.
