Ideal candidates will have a strong background in data science, with proficiency in Python and SQL, along with excellent communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work model based in Los Angeles, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry data science experience, specifically in Trust & Safety.
• Proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills.
• Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Define and track key product metrics in collaboration with partners.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests for new features.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
