Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions.
• Domain knowledge in crypto, including onchain data and DeFi ecosystems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to identify opportunities within onchain finance, including DeFi, perpetuals, and tokenized equities.
• Design and evaluate experiments to inform product decisions, using clear success metrics tied to business outcomes.
• Analyze onchain data and build datasets to support smart contract indexing and product insights.
• Develop models to assess DeFi protocols, lending mechanisms, and market behavior.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders including engineering, finance, and design teams to support product development.
