Job summary

Reka is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to lead data intelligence for large-scale multimodal foundation-model training. You will define data-quality standards with researchers, curate datasets, and build automated quality methods.

• Strong ML fundamentals with production data stacks experience.
• Experience defining data-quality standards and provenance tracking.
• Ability to design scalable pipelines for petabyte-scale data and compute.

Responsibilities

• Define data-quality metrics, validation checks, and acceptance thresholds.
• Collaborate with researchers to build datasets for multimodal foundation-model training.
• Own CI/CD and tooling for the data stack (GitHub, Python, PyTorch); automate workflows.
• Track datasets, metadata, provenance and versions to ensure reproducibility of experiments.
• Manage throughput, storage and compute across data pipelines and assets.
