We are looking for a high‑impact Staff Data Engineer to serve as a technical leader, system thinker, and collaborative innovator on our engineering team. In this role, you will architect and evolve our scalable data integration platform, directly shaping the technical strategy that powers critical insights and drives business success for our customers.
You will work alongside talented, empathetic engineers, product managers, and designers in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where continuous learning, ownership, and technical excellence are deeply valued.
The annual base compensation range for this position is $150,000-$175,000. The reasonably estimated total cash compensation (base + variable) range for this full‑time position will be $165,000-$192,500.
Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job‑related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location. Crunchtime has a location‑based compensation system, so someone doing the same job in a different city might have a different pay range.
