Job summary

Beamery is hiring a Staff Data Engineer to set the technical direction of its data platform. This is the most senior IC in data engineering, owning long-term architecture and leading cross-team work with EPD leadership to keep the platform aligned with company strategy.

You will shape multi-tenant design, reliability, and data contracts, collaborating with data scientists, product, and platform teams to deliver trusted data for BI, self-service, and AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Staff-level data engineer with data platforms experience for internal/external consumers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for the data platform and multi-quarter architectural vision.
• Architect analytics, semantic, and AI data layers for trusted BI/AI consumption.
• Set scalable patterns and guardrails across teams; mentor engineers.
• Own reliability, observability, data quality, and incident response at platform level.
