Job summary

Webflow is seeking a data platform engineer to design and build reliable data pipelines across batch, streaming and real-time workloads. You will contribute to evolving the data platform, including data lake strategies, event instrumentation and governance for systems like Kafka, Airflow and Druid.

The role involves implementing data governance and privacy solutions and building AI tool harnesses aligned with engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data pipelines for batch, streaming and real-time workloads.
• Experience with Spark, Kafka, Iceberg and Airflow stack.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy practices.
