Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a STEM degree with extensive relevant experience or advanced degrees with years in the field.
• Experience with US Government SSE activities and RMF, SP 800-161 knowledge is required.
• Proven ability to develop and manage Program Protection, SCRM, and counterfeit prevention plans.
• Experience in RMF processes, System Security Plans, assessment reports, and attack path modeling.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers, guiding IPTs and suppliers in design, implementation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cyber Systems Engineers to perform Program Protection, manage SCRM, and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Develop/update Program Protection Implementation Plans and SCRM/Counterfeit Prevention Plans.
• Perform supply chain vulnerability assessments and document findings with mitigations.
• Develop/refine BOMs and perform criticality analysis of system components.
• Monitor changes through the supply chain and review vulnerability scans/mitigation reports.
• Prepare technical documents, briefings, and support security authorization activities.
• Provide SSE leadership in countermeasures and supplier-facing planning activities.
• Interface with cyber functions and management to ensure mission-focused execution.
• Serve as technical liaison and external spokesperson when needed.
