Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Cyber Resilience Engineer to lead recovery architecture and automated infrastructure for rapid restoration after cyber incidents. You will own the Isolated Recovery Environment in AWS, standardize IaC with Terraform, and drive end-to-end recovery playbooks and exercises across the org.

You’ll work with a high‑caliber engineering team, shaping resilience strategies, testing with automated scripts in Python or Go, and partnering with Site Reliability Engineering for

Qualifications

• 8+ years in complex cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), incl. 3+ years AWS.
• Hands-on Terraform, modular environments, environment-agnostic.
• Scripting in Python or Go to automate recovery tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own Our Recovery Architecture and Isolated Recovery Environment design.
• Standardize and automate infrastructure using Terraform and IaC.
• Validate, test, and lead regular recovery exercises and drills.
