TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Staff Cloud Software Engineer, Backend to architect and lead scalable backend services for global connectivity.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design secure, high-performance cloud systems that power a wide range of networking devices and smart home products. The role requires 7+ years in cloud backend development, expertise in Java/SpringBoot, JVM, and distributed systems, plus hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 7+ years of cloud backend software development with leadership on substantial projects.
• Expertise in Java and SpringBoot.
• Deep understanding of JVM, multithreading, and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) and cloud databases.
• Proficiency in distributed systems and middleware like message queues.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern backend technologies.
• Security best practices for cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of scalable backend services using cloud-native tech.
