What you’ll do
- Primary responsibilities include supporting wildlife and botanical field surveys, aquatic resource delineation, data interpretation, and preparing associated survey reports.
- Seasonal tasks include construction monitoring for permit compliance.
- This role is part-time variable and will be on-call as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the biological sciences.
- Experience with California native wildlife and/or vegetation, have 2-5 years of experience.
- Candidates must be willing to work in both an office and in the field.
- Some extended overnight field assignments are likely.

- Be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Have strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Interested in pursuing professional growth in a growing midsized consulting firm.
$25 - $34 an hour
Compensation range is from $25 to $34/hr, depending on experience.
