Job summary

Moody’s is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of large-scale technical solutions across multiple teams, mentoring engineers and shaping strategy.

You will define multi-year roadmaps, drive high-impact projects, ensure scalability, reliability, and security while partnering with product teams to maximize customer value. Strong experience with Java/C#/Scala and cloud-native development is required.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience delivering high-impact, multi-team technical projects.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Scala.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices, cloud-native apps with Docker/Kubernetes.
