We are looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to build business-critical infrastructure for a fast-growing AI company transforming decision-making in the insurance industry. You'll join a core engineering team responsible for processing fragmented, high-value data and turning it into reliable production workflows. The role combines distributed systems, data modeling, cloud infrastructure, backend engineering, AI/ML integration, and rigorous evaluation. This is a senior individual contributor position for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of complex technical domains while remaining highly pragmatic and hands-on.
