Job summary

Castelion Corporation is seeking an Avionics Test Software Engineer at senior/lead/staff levels to own the architecture and direction of software frameworks for automated avionics testing. You will collaborate with avionics, electrical, software, test, manufacturing, and systems teams to translate test requirements into scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development and test automation experience.
• Experience with automated hardware testing and lab systems.
• Designing reusable software platforms and architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical direction of avionics test software frameworks and infrastructure.
• Develop reusable test software frameworks, libraries, drivers, and services.
• Define software architecture standards, development practices, and design patterns for avionics test software.
• Develop interfaces to avionics hardware, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and test equipment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with avionics, electrical, software, test, and manufacturing teams.
