Job summary

UPS is seeking an Audit Supervisor to oversee GxP compliance audits across pharmaceutical and medical device logistics. The role focuses on developing methodologies, data-driven evaluations, and robust reporting to senior management.

You will implement risk-based audit programs, schedule audits, and drive corrective actions while mentoring the audit team. Hybrid U.S. schedule with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Sciences is required.
• Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Medical Device Auditor is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, or otherwise eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop audit methodologies for GxP compliance across logistics and distribution processes.
• Create audit schedules to ensure timely completion within guidelines.
• Review audit findings and propose corrective actions to address weaknesses.
• Communicate audit results to senior management and assist in action plan development.
• Lead auditors, manage timelines and budgets, and mentor team members.
