Job summary

Lummi Nation Job Center seeks a Staff Attorney I – ICW to assist the Reservation Attorney under the supervision of the Legal Director in tribal and state court matters involving Lummi children and youth.

Under supervision, you will perform assigned staff attorney duties and contribute to litigation and advisory work focused on ICW issues, with performance evaluated by the Legal Director or designee.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Nation in Tribal Court and in state court proceedings involving Lummi children and youth.
• Perform other staff attorney duties as assigned by the Legal Director or Designee.
