Venable LLP's Commercial Litigation Group seeks staff attorneys with at least three years of litigation experience to join our team in the New York, Baltimore, Miami, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles office.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the relevant state bar.
• Submit law school transcript and brief cover letter indicating preferred office location.
• At least three years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents using AI-assisted tools.
• Conduct document discovery and communicate with plaintiffs.
• Prepare and file court documents; provide litigation support throughout matters.
