Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services to establish paternity and child support orders.
• Advise and counsel on enforcement of new and existing orders.
• Represent state interests in hearings and legal actions.
• Draft, review and sign legal documents.
• Maintain case data in automated systems and monitor progress.
• Attend weekly project team meetings.
