Job summary

Intuitive Solutions staff attorney role focused on leading civil rights legal work, including direct client representation, pro bono program support, and legal outreach. You will coordinate legal activity, develop advocacy strategies, manage interns, and serve as a public face for civil rights advocacy.

The ideal candidate has litigation or employment discrimination experience and works well in a collaborative team environment, supporting the organization’s civil rights mission.

Qualifications

• JD required with bar admission.
• Experience in civil rights, employment discrimination, or immigration law preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct legal services to clients in areas of focus, including civil rights, employment, immigration, anti-discrimination cases.
• Engaging in community outreach, education, and legal clinics.
• Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients.
• Collaborating with the National organization, partner organizations and advocacy coalitions.
• Serving as a representative in media engagements, including press conferences and interviews concerning legal matters.
