• Communicate professionally with contractors, site personnel, and team members.
• Support senior technicians and engineers with data entry and report preparation.
• Travel to project sites using company-provided transportation.

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled Staff Associate to join our growing team. The Staff Associate - Construction Materials Testing (CMT) is responsible for supporting field and laboratory testing of construction materials such as soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates. This entry-level role is focused on collecting samples, performing standardized tests, documenting results, and assisting with project quality control. The position is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in the construction or geotechnical engineering industry.

Minimum Job Requirements
