Job summary

IBM is seeking a Staff Application Security Engineer to join our Confluent ecosystem. You will lead the design and evolution of application security across on-prem and cloud offerings, embedding security throughout the product lifecycle and influencing architectural directions to mitigate evolving risks.

You will partner with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure secure-by-design outcomes, driving a strong security posture across distributed systems and cloud services.
