Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff Analog Design Engineer to design and analyze core analog/digital circuits for memory products, directly shaping performance, cost and reliability. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of semiconductor design/manufacturing experience
• Strong circuit design fundamentals with proven silicon success in analog or mixed-signal IC design
• Experience designing regulators, charge pumps, oscillators, current references, bandgaps or comparators
• Proficiency with SPICE and Verilog modeling and simulation
• Experience working across technical and non-technical teams

• Evaluate new circuit topologies to improve block PPAC
• Expand verification coverage to strengthen robustness and mass-production yield

As a Staff Analog Design Engineer, you'll design and analyze the analog and digital circuits at the core of our memory products, directly shaping their performance, cost, and reliability. You'll work alongside Micron's design and verification teams around the world and support Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to build products that optimize manufacturing and keep customers coming back. It's a role where your circuit decisions show up in silicon that ships at scale.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of semiconductor design or manufacturing experience
• Strong circuit design fundamentals with proven silicon success in analog or mixed-signal IC design
• Experience designing regulators, charge pumps, oscillators, current references, bandgaps, or comparators
• Proficiency with SPICE and Verilog modeling and simulation
• Experience working across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MSEE with 6+ years or BSEE with 8+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience
• 5+ years of circuit debugging with cross-functional teams
• Strong experience with UNIX and the Cadence design environment (schematic, simulation, SPF extraction)
• Familiarity with Synopsys tools
