Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX, Interaction Design, or HCI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX concept development for Generative Design System investigations.
• Define and prototype Agentic OS interaction models.
• Translate complex AI behavior into human-centered interaction flows.
• Develop strategy documents and wireframes to communicate direction.
• Contribute to JTBD analysis and product roadmap decisions.

Skills

UX, Interaction Design, or HCI experience

Designing for agentic or AI-native interfaces

Fluency with generative UI principles

Strong command of OS-level or system UX design

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent

Master’s or PhD preferred
