Code Metal is seeking a Staff AI Platform Engineer to serve as a technical lead, architecture owner, and strategic direction setter for the AI platform and team in the United States.

You will deploy and benchmark elastic production inference for open-weight models, own model gateway and observability, and coordinate context engineering with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalable systems.
