Qualifications

: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
: 8 years of experience in software development.
: 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, and 3 years with software design and architecture.
: 5 years of experience with ML design and infrastructure (model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
: 3 years of experience leading technical projects and providing technical leadership to cross‑functional teams.
: Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

: Provide technical leadership on high‑impact projects and manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
: Facilitate alignment across teams, clarify goals, outcomes, and timelines, and coach a distributed team of engineers.
: Lead the design and implementation of solutions in specialized ML areas, optimize infrastructure, and guide model optimization and data processing strategies.
: Establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders to define long‑term product outlooks and technology roadmaps.
: Lead the integration of AI into product solutions and engineering practices, accelerating AI velocity across the organization.
