Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Staff AI/ML Engineer to own major parts of the enterprise AI agents architecture in San Mateo, CA. You will design and ship production-grade AI systems that understand complex data and reliably generate code, with strong emphasis on retrieval, RAG, and knowledge systems.

This hybrid role offers 2-3 days onsite, a base salary of 275k–350k with equity, and exposure to enterprise adoption across major clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping production AI/ML systems.
• Experience with agents, retrieval, RAG, knowledge systems, or code generation.
• Ability to own major parts of an agent architecture.
