Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking an engineer to develop, integrate, and deploy autonomy and AI algorithms for mission systems. You will support the full technology development life cycle, from requirements to testing, and drive research in selected organizations.

You will translate requirements into production code, applying autonomy and AI/ML techniques to LM products. Expect leadership of technical teams and hands-on work with LLMs and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• Proven leadership of technical teams or multidisciplinary efforts.
• Hands-on AI/ML, data science, or software engineering background.
• Experience delivering AI-powered production systems with LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and deploy autonomy and AI algorithms for mission systems.
• Translate requirements and implement AI/ML into LM products and platforms.
• Lead development, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across phases.
• Guide human-machine interface development and document interfaces.
