Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or related field.
• 8 years of programming experience in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C++, Java, Kotlin or Go.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products; 3 years of design/architecture experience.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive early-stage idea development and rapid prototyping of AI-powered learning experiences.
• Develop research-backed hypotheses and measure impact via live experiments and studies.
• Lead collaborations across Google's surfaces to scale educational concepts.
• Influence technical and product direction from concept to iterative experiments.
• Scope and build agentic features across frameworks and infrastructure.
