Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience post-BS/MS.
• Passion for building effective domain-specific agents.
• Iterative mindset with proof-of-concepts and quick decisions.
• Comfortable using evaluations to drive quality.
• Humble and adaptable about code and frameworks; drive adoption of best practices.
• Roles available across Mid, Senior, and Staff levels.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Experience shipping user-facing products backend or full-stack.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and PMs to understand workflows and ship agents that get the job done.
• Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering, model selection, tool design, and eval harness development.
• Collaborate with model infra for low-latency agent execution and caching strategies.
• Improve observability to profile agent behavior and identify bottlenecks.
• Stay current on agentic systems and bring learnings to product development.
