Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Staff Actuary to join our Corporate Actuarial Modeling team and help drive critical business insights. In this role, you’ll develop, enhance, and maintain advanced actuarial models that support financial and risk analysis across the organization. You’ll translate complex results into clear, actionable insights for cross‑functional partners. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert on key initiatives with growing scope and impact. It’s an ideal role for an actuary who enjoys combining technical modeling with real‑world business influence.
Employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week.

The estimated base salary for this role is $107,000 - $147,100 / year.
