AleraInfoTech seeks a Staff Accountant for its Public Accounting division in Fox Lake, IL. This on-site, direct-hire role targets mid-senior professionals with 5+ years in public accounting and CPA or working towards it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
• CPA designation or working towards it.
• Experience with Lacerte, Ultra Tax, Accounting CS and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual income tax return and planning.
• Prepare corporate income tax return and planning.
• Prepare compiled and reviewed financial statements.
• Prepare payroll tax returns.
• Prepare sales tax returns.
• Provide bookkeeping services.
• Participate in audits.
