Qualifications

• 1+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA, EA, or active CPA candidate (we'll help you get there).
• Foundational competency in general accounting; tax preparation experience is required.
• Curiosity and a willingness to tackle unfamiliar challenges.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and personal tax returns for a varied client base.
• Handle general accounting work and balance sheet reconciliations for business clients.
• Sit in on client meetings and see full engagements end-to-end.
• Learn from seniors, managers, and partners who review your work.
• Grow into tax research and multi-state work as your skills develop.
