Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on general ledger accounting experience.
• Daily working experience in QuickBooks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries in the general ledger.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process customer invoicing and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
