Job summary

Konami Gaming, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant II to join our team in Las Vegas. The role focuses on financial reporting, account reconciliation, and preparation of audit schedules in a fast-paced gaming environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work autonomously while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in the Gaming Industry a major plus.
• Advanced understanding and experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
• Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently (verbal and written) with all levels of the business.
• Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or reviews external financial reports including quarterly/annual government and regulator reporting, and the annual audited financial statements.
• Assist in preparing all cash reporting, including daily reconciliations, weekly cash flow reporting, month end journal entries, and monthly cash flow reporting.
• Responsible for revenue reporting including weekly revenue exception review.
• Prepares all cash schedules for external and internal audits.
• Assists in external audits and internal quarterly/annual audits.
• Prepares required schedules for all audits.
• Assists Controller, Manager or Sr. Accountant in preparation of Monthly Reporting Package to Headquarters.
• Responsible for Singapore and Macau Branch Financials.
• Works closely with external and internal auditors to ensure efficient and timely completion of quarterly/annual audit procedures.
