Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1+ year of general accounting experience.
• Experience with Multi Client work is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks including transaction entry, expense coding, and reconciliations.
• Prepare reconciliations and journal entries for month-end and year-end closes.
• Assist in preparing journal entries and basic financial reports.
• Help maintain clients’ general ledgers, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Support GAAP compliance and assist with tax filing coordination.
• Contribute to process improvements and onboarding new clients or data cleanup as needed.
• Handle sensitive financial data with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
