Cdscpa in Willmar, MN seeks an experienced staff accountant to perform a wide range of accounting, tax, and consulting projects. Seasonal overtime is required. You will handle financial statements, tax returns, and client advisement, while contributing to process improvements and client service excellence.

Formación

• Accounting/Finance degree preferred or in progress.
• CPA license or ability to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statements.
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets and perform general bookkeeping.
• Manage payroll and provide business consultation where needed.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes with reconciliations.
• Review client policies; suggest improvements for reporting.
• Analyze data, summarize information, and assist in reports.
• Research, draft memos, and document accounting/tax conclusions.
• Prepare partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns.
