Job summary

This full-time, in-office role reports to the President and combines ledger work, financial statements, and custom reports with ERP system configuration and user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field.
• 2-5 years progressive accounting experience.
• Expert-level Excel skills and advanced modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems for job costing and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and cash flow analyses.
• Build and run custom reports in Excel for financial and operational insight.
• Maintain ERP data integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and support system users.
