Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in staff accounting, general ledger, or related function.
• Knowledge of month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Ability to support multi-entity accounting across locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for financial reporting.
• Assist month-end close and ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Support AP/AR processes and maintain accurate records.
• Reconcile corporate credit card activity and investigate discrepancies.
• Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency.
